Your Curling Club at This Years Pumpkin Fest!

The Keene Curling Club was pleased to host a booth at the Pumpkin Fest this year and wishes to send thanks out to the folks that made donations to make it possible.

First off the Pumpkin Fest itself allowed the Club, being a non-profit organization, to host the booth free of charge.  Thank-you to the Pumpkin Fest!

Secondly, Alf Curtis Home Improvements Inc. donated the two sono tubes we used to make the curling rink supports for our Sign.  Thank-you to Alf Curtis!

The booth gave us added exposure in the community, and allowed us to encourage several potential new curlers to come join us at the Cards and Curling Night scheduled for November 19th.  We also sold a few raffle tickets giving us a kick start on our fundraising for this year.  It was nice to see some of our members out enjoying the day and several volunteering in the Festival.  It sure was a great day! and a great turnout!
